Business Architect

We are currently looking for a Business Architect to join Legal & General Investment Management. You will play a key role in structuring the enterprise in terms of its governance structure, business processes and business information. You will align strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organisation; capabilities and key business and IT initiatives.

• Structuring enterprise in terms of governance, business process and business information
• Aligning strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services
• Applying a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise
• Describing the primary business functions of the enterprise
• Defining the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organisational boundaries
• Capturing the relationships among roles, capabilities, business units and subunits

• Investment Management front to back functional awareness and knowledge
• Lots of Business and IT strategy experience
• Business Architecture or Business Analysis experience
• Experience applying architectural principles to business solutions
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
• You have exceptional communication skills and are confident communicating with all levels of the organisation
