Are you a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for driving end-to-end process efficiency and automation? Legal & General are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Group Change & Delivery team within group functions. In this role, you will undertake detailed requirements analysis, document processes, contribute to business cases, and perform user acceptance testing. What you'll be doing:
- Defining and agreeing on requirements for all parties impacted by an approved change, ensuring traceability through build, test, implementation, and benefits realization
- Transforming business processes through identification, assessment, and analysis of process automation opportunities across L&G Group
- Coordinating and managing analysis activities for assigned changes, including facilitating requirements workshops and solution discussions
- Identifying, evaluating, and raising risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies that may impact project or automation activities, proposing mitigating actions
- Working with technical delivery partners (internal and third-party) to ensure high-quality delivery of designs and solutions that meet acceptance criteria
- Ensuring colleagues, customers, and stakeholders are treated fairly in line with Legal & General’s principles
- Constructing digital customer journeys with end-customers in mind to ensure accessibility and understanding
- Managing, motivating, and developing employees at all levels to maximize performance
Who we're looking for:
- Ideally, degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
- IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®)
- BCS Business Analysis certifications, including the BCS International Business Analysis Diploma or equivalent
- Good knowledge of change delivery methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of proven analysis tools and techniques
- Stakeholder management experience to Senior Manager level
- Knowledge of market process automation technology
- Experience with Office software packages such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
