Associate Proposal Specialist

We’re recruiting for a Associate Proposal Specialist to join us to contribute to the co-ordination, creation and delivery of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other client-related requests across different asset classes and investment disciplines to support LGIM’s commercial objectives

What you'll be doing:

Response content coordination, development, and delivery:

• Assisting senior proposal specialists with the preparation and finalisation of responses for review using standard, pre-approved content
• Collaborating with business partners and subject matter experts (e.g., Investment Management, Distribution, Performance Measurement, Legal & Compliance, etc.) on content during the drafting process
• Adhering to project timelines, highlighting any challenges to stakeholders, including senior specialists, opportunity managers, and SME

Support database content management, ensuring updated responses are captured within the Qvidian library:

• Reviewing and editing proposal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity
• Tracking the performance of LGIM’s proposals activity, with the aim of continuous improvement
• Tracking all responses for receipt of appropriate approval and document stages
• Developing a deep understanding of LGIM’s products and solutions, while monitoring macroeconomic developments and industry trends
• Partnering with colleagues across the Marketing team to generate good client and business outcomes

Who we're looking for:

• Financial and technical writing skills, particularly any editorial skills preferred but non-essential 
• An understanding of Proposals/RFPs and the value they add in the business 
• Proficient with MS Office Suite required and any other editing tools or content management systems (e.g. Qvidian) would be an additional benefit 
• Project Management and organisational skills or adaptability to work to timelines and manage workloads 
• Any investment knowledge of capital markets or institutional investment would be an added benefit 
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across disciplines (not necessarily in Investments/Finance)
