We’re recruiting for a Agency Administration Analyst to join us. In this role you will support the various business divisions on-boarding and agency servicing processes for all Intermediary Sales Channels, adhering to FCA regulations, internal compliance and operational standards. You will be responsible for managing agency appointments, terminations, transfers, letters of authority and maintenance of contractual relationships in strict accordance with the FCA critical guidelines. In addition provide an excellent service to all Customers in respect of investigation and alteration of any agency related requests.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain a professional customer care approach to all Legal & General Intermediaries by the generation and alteration of any agency, policy and commission records, ensuring regulatory guidelines are maintained for all requests and transfers received within the agreed SLA standards set out
- Ability to interact with both internal and external customers in difficult and sensitive situations
- Process applications, terminations, agency transfers and any policyholder transfer requests along with any other administrative activities to ensure that Legal & General’s agency records and contracts are accurate and managed in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Identify applications and documentation where it would be against Legal & General’s interests or in breach of regulatory rules to appoint an Agent and reject any such cases, carefully documenting and/or reviewing all contentious issues to show grounds for rejecting an applicant or request
- Investigate all control monitors and regulatory reports that identify potential problems with commission or agency records highlighting any manual errors or system anomalies, thus preventing incorrect agency payments or agency reporting, recoveries and earned commission information being applied
- Provide a full support service to our front office Agency Enquires Team when required in providing cover for the telephone Helpline and able to deal with all agency related queries ensuring an ongoing service excellence is maintained to all our customers throughout
- Work as a team to achieve team objectives and to perform to agreed SLA standards and business objectives in respect of quality, quantity and timelines
Who we're looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to respond and react to customers appropriately building a rapport and satisfying customers needs
- Effective planning and ability to prioritise, take full ownership of given tasks and responsibilities to ensure targets are consistently achieved
- Strong analytical skills, displaying high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Knowledge of Independent Financial Advisor market desirable
- Good desktop skills around Microsoft Office in particular Word & Excel
