Senior Business Analyst

We now have a fantastic and exciting new opportunity here within our Legal & General Retirement Institutional business for a Senior Business Analyst to join an established team of Business Analysts to help lead on helping assess the overall analysis for key initiatives within the business unit and running discipline leadership within a specific portfolio.

Your role will also involve strategic requirement analysis, user story analysis, process re-engineering, deploying new technology into the business. You'll also have the freedom to work across the portfolio, shaping new strategic demand and working in tandem on improving Business Analysis best practice.

During the selection process, we will be looking for a number of key skills, capabilities and traits in order for us to recruit the best person for the role whilst also paying close attention aligned behaviours. 

Some of the skills, experience and traits we are going to be looking for are as follows;

• The ability to demonstrate flexibility and pragmatism 
• Previous line management experience
• It would be a great advantage having financial services experience but not essential.
• Extensive experience in Business analysis and proven delivery track record of change / transformation.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills in order to influence internal and external stakeholders
• The willingness to embrace new technologies and influence other parts of the business to adopt
