Employee Relations Advisor (14 month FTC)

We’re recruiting for a Employee Relations Advisor on a 14 month FTC to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. 

We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor who’s passionate about people and committed to fostering a fair, inclusive, and supportive working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where your insights and expertise will help shape how we support our colleagues across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing expert advice on people policies and procedures
• Supporting managers and colleagues with employee relations queries
• Maintaining accurate employee records in our HR systems
• Escalating complex cases and identifying potential risks
• Coaching stakeholders to build confidence in HR processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the ER team
• Collaborating with HR, UNITE, and business teams to build strong partnerships
• Promoting best practice and compliance with employment legislation

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in handling generalist HR or employee relations matters
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confidence in analysing ER case information and offering solutions
• A collaborative approach to working with stakeholders at all levels
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience (preferred)
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
