Product Support Manager

We're looking for a Product Support Manager to join Legal & General on a 6 month fixed-term contract in Barnsley!

You'll be responsible for ensuring L&G Mortgage Services products remain up to date and accurate by overseeing relevant processes & controls to maintain compliance. In addition to this, you'll proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including lenders, brokers and account managers to resolve complex queries. 

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the team as they deliver activities that facilitate the successful onboarding of new customers, including understanding unique specifications for the client and/or product and working with the relationship management and marketing teams to manage communication and meet client expectations
• Ensuring that all processes are created and followed to allow a full audit trail, whether by raising automation requests or manual review to ensure the best possible outcome
• Analysing feedback from all sources to ensure that reasonable expectations of performance and service are met and where failings are identified, providing information to relevant areas to enable changes to be made
• Working with Conduct Risk colleagues to oversee the development of risk controls, business processes, and detailed documentation for our process to ensure that we meet regulatory obligations and maintain the integrity of Legal & General
• Working closely with the Product Managers and Product Owner to ensure that they have available the relevant information to make decisions on priorities for change
• Analysing feedback from all sources to ensure that customers’ reasonable expectations of performance and service are met, and good customer outcomes delivered, and where failings are identified, providing information to management of relevant areas to enable changes to be made

Who we're looking for:

• Good knowledge of the UK mortgage market
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to work under pressure in an orderly and accurate manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Good experience in managing stakeholder expectations & demonstrating actions that show an appropriate balance of stakeholder and commercial needs
• A strong background in delivering good quality analysis
