We have an extremely exciting opportunity here within our Legal & General Capital business for a  Senior Portfolio Analyst / PMO Manager who will be responsible for developing and producing materials for PMO services across the LGC (Legal & General Capital) COO portfolio.

Developing standards, templates and promoting consistency of reporting to ensure compliant, consistent portfolio oversight.

This role will be a great opportunity for you to demonstrate your ability to work in a developing change framework and to apply best practice knowledge, skills and use of tools.

This role will require diligence in ensuring that commitment to new reporting and data collection is undertaken, on time and to new standards. This role also requires the application of budgeting and forecasting capability to form discipline around financial management. Energy, creativity and a collaborative approach are key behaviours that underpin this role

• Portfolio planning and management experience with track record of effective management & reporting with experience of delivering effective portfolio plans across complex geographical / functional matrix organizations. 
• Proven track record of supporting portfolio plans for delivery of large, complex, change and technology initiatives with technology appreciation and awareness
• Track record of building effective relationships to ensure approved agreed delivery plans and proven background in adapting to trends and openness to new ideas
• Someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work independently focusing on priorities and managing a high-volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions
• You will be a collaborative worker who freely shares their knowledge and

• Interpretation – Having an inquisitive and logical approach with the confidence to challenge.

• Effective at making good decisions and delivering great outcomes

• Effective ability to successfully engage, develop and influence a broad range of individuals across various internal and external businesses and support functions which also involves having the right persona and having the ability to put yourself in other people's shoes.
