Personal Assistant - Retail Executive Committee Member

We’re recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing inbox’s, including delegating matters to the appropriate person, highlighting where necessary and responding on their behalf as appropriate
• Proactively managing an ever-changing dairy including planning travel
• Prioritising meetings to optimise time and managing people expectations of when meeting will be booked in
• Collating packs for committee meetings and minute taking
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings and presentations

Who we're looking for:

• Previous experience of working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential
• Ability to prioritise work and be able to work flexibly in a continuously changing environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
• Strong working experience of MS office suite
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in work
