Financial Crime/Investment Operations Manager

We’re recruiting for a Financial Crime/Investment Operations Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary strong benefits package

What you'll be doing:

• Initially focusing on ensuring that financial crime due diligence activities are robust
• Evolving to playing a key role in building new processes and procedures for onboarding new investments/investors
• Becoming the 1st line manager looking after Investment Operations for LGC, including financial crime
• Adjusting your work style and processes to different projects. As the investment portfolio is varied there is currently no ’standard’ approach
• Adapting to different investment propositions and defining the process for similar cases in the future

• Excellent understanding of Financial Crime due diligence processes
• Awareness of investment onboarding/process activities
• Process design and implementation
• Process documentation
• Experienced in leading teams
