Product Manager - ESG (6-12 month FTC)

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product Oversight team on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape our Responsible Investment (RI) product strategy, working collaboratively across the business to deliver market-leading solutions that meet evolving client needs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the development and design of Responsible Investment products across pooled fund ranges
• Coordinating product governance activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Managing product lifecycle processes and ensuring products remain appropriate and competitive
• Supporting project delivery using structured methodologies and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of new product features
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to share RI expertise and insights
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy
• Presenting at governance committees and fund boards to represent product initiatives

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in investment management
• Strong understanding of Responsible Investment strategies and fund structures
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver strategic product initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels
• Knowledge of UK and European regulatory environments for authorised funds
• Professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CAIA highly desirable
• Experience in product conceptualisation and proposition design
• Commitment to delivering good customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty
