Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real impact every day? At Legal & General Surveying Services, we’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Customer Team as a Customer Team Agent. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and professional experience when booking valuation and survey appointments. We’re offering a competitive base salary of £24,525 for this hybrid 6 month fixed term contract role.
What you'll be doing:
- Booking valuation and survey appointments with customers using clear and confident communication
- Organising schedules for employed and panel surveyors using booking systems
- Supporting customers by providing guidance on service requirements
- Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Engaging in personal development and training opportunities
- Monitoring performance data to support continuous improvement
- Handling customer payments and unbooked survey instructions
- Tailoring services to meet the needs of different customer group
Who we're looking for:
- Confident communicator with strong telephone-based customer service experience
- Organised and efficient with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using booking systems and technology
- Knowledge of survey and valuation products is desirable
- Team player who collaborates well with others
- Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to personal development and learning
- GCSE-level qualifications or equivalent experience
