We have an amazing opportunity for a Technology Delivery Lead to join us in either Hove or London!
You’ll play a key role in providing the glue between Transformation and Technology teams for the delivery of solutions within Legal & General Retirement Institutional (LGRI), anticipating and removing any barriers to execution.

What you’ll be doing
- Engaging and supporting the delivery of clear prioritised instructions to Technology SMEs including Development, Data, Security and Cloud Infrastructure teams. Producing resource utilisation reports to show progress against schedule to highlight and then remove potential roadblocks
- Agreeing end to end technology delivery plans with Product Line teams based on approved solution design. Promoting appropriate standards of technology best practice and controlling the integrity of the solution’s configuration
- Facilitating all Technology service requests in relation to Product Line activities including environment access, infrastructure configuration, technology procurement, development tool setup and any information security requirements
- Acting as an escalation point for the Product Line team for all queries, risks, and issues in relation to the technical aspects of the delivery. Supporting the maintenance of a Technology based Risks and Issues log on behalf of the Product Line
- Working closely with the Transition Management team in the preparation of service readiness activities. This includes agreeing early-life support plans, support models, and the handover of the solution to technology operations
- Driving continual improvement activities to improve technology delivery velocity including the application of lean thinking, minimal viable governance, and agile methodologies
What we’re looking for
- A good understanding of modern infrastructure technologies including networks, firewalls, servers, operating systems, middleware, data, security, development tools and cloud-based solutions
- Experience of driving and implementing consistent Infrastructure delivery and maintenance plans across complex geographical / functional matrix organizations
- Track record of building effective relationships to ensure approved agreed delivery plans
- You’ll also be well versed in building relationships with colleagues across a wide variety of Technical teams
- Experience with ITIL, ISO/IEC20000, COBIT ITSM Management Frameworks would be great
