We are looking for a Talented Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex change programmes made up of multiple large-scale projects and workstreams, with a focus on CRM transformation, particularly Salesforce.
The role involves defining programme scope, structure, and risks, while coordinating resources to ensure delivery within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters. You’ll drive the implementation of business and technical systems, people initiatives, and change strategies to achieve measurable outcomes. A strong track record in delivering similar programmes, influencing senior stakeholders, and working with CRM vendors is essential, along with experience in business case development and outcome definition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, controlling, coordinating, integrating, and delivering programmes comprising multiple large-scale projects and workstreams, while managing performance, risk, administration, budgets, and issue resolution
- Establishing and maintaining effective governance structures to monitor and control deliverables, including operating models, products, and performance improvements
- Securing and balancing people, financial, and physical resources across projects to ensure efficient and effective programme delivery
- Creating and coordinating project delivery frameworks, including planning, scheduling, control, and reporting for high-impact, high-risk programmes
- Ensuring comprehensive project, quality, and risk plans are in place and that issues are proactively managed through to resolution
- Developing, gaining approval for, and managing programme budgets, risks, and contingency plans in line with organisational policies
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance communication, align priorities, and ensure integration of stakeholder needs
- Determining, monitoring, and reviewing all project economics, including costs, staffing, resources, and risks, while ensuring robust governance and reporting
- Demonstrating expertise in managing CRM transformation programmes—particularly Salesforce—with a focus on business case development and delivering defined outcomes
- Influencing and supporting senior stakeholders with varying priorities, and managing vendor and supplier relationships within the CRM domain
Who we’re looking for:
- Control and delivery of a collection of projects forming a programme with a single, common objective
- At this level the role may involve the direct line management of project managers or matrix management of project managers and other stakeholders. Where line management is required the role is responsible for performance management and including personal development of individuals
- The role Involves development and implementation of business & technical systems, products, people and change to meet identified business needs. May be involved in definition of project(s) and add-ons, manages the customer/client relationship
- Duration of programme implementation typically 12-24 months. Management of a diverse range of programme-based activities, including management of diverse range of functional activities aligned to the programme
- Requires knowledge of Agile and waterfall project management approaches
