Are you looking to grow your career in investment operations within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment? At L&G Asset Management, we’re seeking an Operations Analyst to support our expanding Private Credit business. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of a robust operational framework while working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

This role is an 18month fixed term contract. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the implementation of governance policies and procedures across Private Credit
• Assisting with deal pipeline queries and transaction processing between front office and operations
• Acting as a liaison between investment teams and outsourced service providers
• Creating and maintaining investment records and reporting on AUM and performance
• Participating in internal and external audit reviews and coordinating information requests
• Contributing to small change projects and supporting operational improvements
• Responding to client and internal queries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitoring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting risk analysis activities

Who we’re looking for:

• A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards the Investment Management Certificate
• Experience in financial markets, particularly with debt instruments and fund accounting
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Confidence in presenting ideas and influencing in a dynamic environment
• A proactive, adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
