A fantastic opportunity to join our successful Private Markets Investment Solutions Team as a Real Estate Investment Specialist. This dynamic role will support senior team members across all aspects of managing client relationships and business development, with a focus on real estate.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the management of existing client relationships within the real estate sector, including attending client meetings, responding to repeat and ad hoc queries, producing presentations, oversight and contribution to RFPs and helping to coordinate client interactions
• Delivery of strategic new business projects which further LGIM’s strategic goal of Private Markets internationalisation
• Helping to deliver business proposals and presentations to support new business initiatives
• Working with subject matter experts to pitch new business proposals
• Collaborating with LGIM’s product and distribution teams to contribute specialist Private Markets knowledge for strategic growth projects in launch, development, or change
• Researching clients’ current and future investment needs to inform new product development initiatives
• Providing insight and analysis into the wider product landscape and competitors
• Working with the Sales Team to support distribution for existing and new Private Markets solutions to grow AUM and revenue streams

Who we're looking for:

• Previous experience working in an investment management firm
• Proven ability to develop strong client relationships in a client-facing role
• Ideally with real estate or other private markets experience and knowledge
• A passion for working on growth projects in the private markets space
• Strong persuasive writing, business case and presentation drafting skills
• A positive, can-do attitude to problem solving and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised and versatile, with an ability to multi-task
• A collaborator who can connect well with teammates, Fund Managers and Senior Management
