We’re recruiting for a ER Coordinator to join us.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in coordinating case management, workforce change, strategy, and policy activities. You’ll be working closely with the ER leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator to ensure smooth delivery across a diverse portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day operations across ER teams, ensuring delivery requirements are understood and met
• Preparing materials, communications and resources to support ER activities
• Reviewing and distilling complex ER papers into clear, relevant insights for varied audiences
• Coordinating key meetings and preparing ER papers for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing workforce change projects, including scheduling, documentation and consultation logistics
• Developing and enhancing reporting tools, dashboards and analysis to support decision-making
• Resolving ad hoc queries, gathering data and applying commercial acumen to drive outcomes
• Identifying and supporting process improvements to enhance employee and business experiences

Who we’re looking for:

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation and organisational policies
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects or programmes simultaneously
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with project planning methodologies and governance processes
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build trusted relationships
