LGIM’s Portfolio Management team is looking to hire a new Enterprise PMO Analyst.  The Portfolio Control function’s primary purpose is to look across the whole LGIM Change Portfolio and to assess its health in terms of budget, risk, benefit, delivery, or procedural adherence. In turn they will prompt specific projects where corrective actions are required and ensure internal and group stakeholders have a clear understanding from which to execute their respective decision making and oversight responsibilities.

This role would see you working to support the monitoring of all projects monthly cycle to ensure they have up to date status reports, checking that projects are moving forwards correctly and hitting milestones and reporting to committees to ensure that these projects are following the business change management framework.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring all Change is compliant with the Business Change Management Framework
• Producing materials for key governance forums including Opco and the Change Management Committee
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting of project benefits
• Liaising with project teams to ensure up to date information is stored on the LGIM Change Portfolio
• Jira administration and making ongoing changes to the LGIM Change Portfolio tool
• Liaising with resource managers and ensure project resource allocation is up to date
• Other portfolio related tasks as directed or delegated by the Portfolio Control Lead or Head of Portfolio Planning & Control

• Experience in analysing large data sets and interpreting data into impactful presentations.
• Good communication skills and able to prepare information and required decisions using a variety of presentation formats.
• PMO experience at either a portfolio or programme level, with comprehensive knowledge of how change delivery is governed.
• Knowledge of change management methods and governance frameworks
• Good prioritization skills and the ability to operate in a matrix environment
• Strong skills in MS-Office
• JIRA configuration experience is beneficial
