We’re looking for a Customer Proposition Manager to join our team and lead the development of compelling, customer-centric propositions that deliver real value. What you'll be doing:

• Leading the development of customer propositions aligned to strategic priorities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver proposition plans
• Analysing customer insights and market trends to inform proposition strategy
• Managing proposition performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
• Supporting go-to-market planning and execution for new propositions
• Engaging stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and buy-in
• Championing the customer voice throughout proposition development
• Monitoring competitor activity and adapting propositions to maintain relevance

Who we're looking for:

• Experience in proposition development or product management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Collaborative working style and team-oriented approach
• Confidence in presenting ideas and influencing decision-making
