We’re recruiting for a CRM and Automation Manager  to join us. The role is dedicated to optimizing the use of Salesforce by collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. The key objectives are to deliver and coordinate campaigns, activities, reporting, and insights - thereby enhancing adviser experiences and driving improved business results; and optimisation of the platform by unlocking new features or adding additional capabilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Campaign Coordinating: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• System Optimizing: Continuously enhancing Salesforce capabilities and functionalities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Data Managing: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Reporting and Insight Generating: Generating and analyzing reports to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve adviser experiences
• Training and Supporting: Educating and supporting sales and marketing teams on best practices and new features within Salesforce
• Process Improving: Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
• Customer Engaging: Developing and managing personalized adviser journeys and segmented experiences to boost engagement and satisfaction
• Performance Monitoring: Tracking and measuring the performance of campaigns and activities, making data-driven recommendations for optimization

Who we're looking for:

• Certified: in Salesforce and Pardot 

• Salesforce CRM System: Proven experience and understanding of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement configuration, customization, and reporting
• CRM Principles: Strong understanding of CRM best practices and methodologies
• Data Management: Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data
• Email Campaign Management: Design, implement and manager email marketing campaigns
• Automation: Develop and maintain automated email workflows, including triggers, actions, and follow-ups
• Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with tools that enhance marketing processes 
• Campaign Management: Knowledge of planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Data Privacy Regulations: Understanding of compliance and data privacy laws 
• B2B Environment: Experience and knowledge of B2B sales and marketing dynamics
