Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process has been designed to identify and nurture potential. We place a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion throughout our recruitment process, aiming to attract talent from various backgrounds and experiences. We also offer support and feedback at each stage to help candidates improve and succeed.

While the steps can vary depending on the programme, typically you can expect to follow the below stages:

Online Application

You will apply through our careers website. This involves providing some basic personal details, including educational background and there will be an opportunity to share your CV.

Online Assessments/Video Interview

You will then be invited to complete our online assessments. You will sit an online assessment asking strength based behavioural questions and numerical questions. You’ll also be asked to answer motivational questions during a video interview.

Coaching Call

You will then be invited to join us for a coaching call. This call with the recruiters takes place before the assessment centre. The purpose of the call is to provide you with tips on how best to prepare for the assessment centre and to also let you know what to expect on the day of the assessment centre. This is also your opportunity to ask the recruiters any questions you may have.

Assessment Centre

This stage will include an interview, group exercise and presentation. If you apply to our Summer Internship Scheme, you’ll only sit the interview and presentation.

Interview

Interviews will be conducted by two assessors and will last 45 minutes, which includes time for you to ask the assessors any questions.

Presentation

You will be provided with the presentation topic in advance of the assessment centre. The presentation portion will be 15 minutes in total. 10 minutes for you to present and 5 minutes for questions from the assessors.

Group Exercise

The group exercise segment of the assessment centre provides a valuable opportunity to collaborate with fellow applicants and engage in a scenario-based activity, which will be scored by the assessors.

Offer and Onboarding

After successful completing the above steps, you will receive an offer to join the program. The onboarding process includes training, orientation sessions, and integration into their respective teams.
