Graduate Scheme at L&G
The majority of our graduate roles last for 2 - 4 years and offer a professional qualification, dependant on the business area. When you join, you’ll take part in the Future Talent induction, where you’ll get an exciting introduction to L&G and meet your new peers. Plus, you’ll be invited to a variety of Future Talent programme events designed to help you develop your skills and expand your professional network.

When do Future Talent roles open to application, and when are the Assessment Centres?
Most of our Graduate roles open to application in October, our Internships in November, and our Apprenticeships in February. Here is an indicative guide on when we expect our Assessment Centres to typically take place, although this can change: Graduate (December and January), Intern (January and February), Apprentice (March and April). However please note that some roles may open to application outside of these timeframes and therefore assessment centre timings will differ.
Do candidates need to meet any requirements to apply?
Graduate roles require a 2.1 degree, Internship and Year in Industry students should be on track to achieve a 2.1
Apprenticeship role requirements vary depending on the apprenticeship provider, however, all candidates are required to have the right to work in the UK. Typically, we require a minimum of x 3 C’s at A Level (96 UCAS points)
Am I eligible to apply for a position if I require a visa?
We do not offer sponsorship for our Apprenticeship and Summer Internship schemes. However, we do offer sponsorship for some roles on our Graduate scheme.
Can I apply to more than one programme?
We intend to open our Graduate applications in October, our Internship in November and our Apprenticeship opportunities also in November. However, some roles may open later than these dates so please keep an eye on our website. You’ll receive information on how to contact us, once you submit your application.
Does L&G support reasonable adjustments?
Yes. We encourage all applicants to put their best foot forward, so if you require additional support, please let us know as soon as possible.

We do not have application deadlines and recruit on a rolling basis, we recommend applying so soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
